Trans Day of Visibility Drop In

Each year on March 31, the world observes Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) to raise awareness about transgender people. It is a day to celebrate the lives and contributions of trans people, while also drawing attention to the poverty, discrimination, and violence the community faces. The Gettysburg College campus community is welcome to visit the GSRC on March 31 during our regular open hours from 12-9pm to pick up a flag, button or sticker to show support and raise awareness; explore Hera's Closet to find clothing that works for you; take time to reflect, relax, recharge & celebrate. In addition, the GSRC's weekly peer-led Trans & Non-Binary Support Group will meet at 2pm.
