Details
One of the hardest parts of the graduate and professional school personal statement can be determining what to write about in the first place. Applicants often have similar motivations for applying to the school of their choice, but highlighting who they are and what they will bring to the profession can be a challenge. This session will provide information, advice, and hands-on activities to help you get started.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
- Learn strategies to help you land on a subject you’re excited to write about.
- Gain advice to better communicate your enthusiasm to admissions committees.
- Understand how to avoid the common pitfalls that students encounter when drafting their personal statement.
