Over 75 percent of internships and jobs are not advertised, so consider how you can make the most of the Gettysburg network with tips and suggestions from the Center for Career Engagement and BOLD Council.

- Network with BOLD Council members, hear personal anecdotes, and gain advice from alumni in the field in real time.

Billy Ferrell serves as the Director of External Relations for the Center for Career Engagement. In that role he spends a great deal of time networking with alumni, parents, and friends of Gettysburg College. Networking has always been central to professional roles Billy has held, and he is passionate about helping people become better networkers no matter where they are in their experience and comfort level. Billy has over twenty years experience as an educator and non-profit fundraiser. He holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Hood College and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Frostburg State University.
