Reneging on a job offer is considered unprofessional and unethical. Once you have accepted an offer, you are expected to immediately withdraw immediately and completely from the job search process. Reneging on a job offer will negatively impact your reputation, the college's reputation, and employer relationships with Career Engagement. Career Engagement may revoke your access to all recruitment services, including Handshake, if any of the Career Engagement staff learns that you have reneged on a job offer.
