Greetings, all.
All nominations submitted by the deadline have been received and reviewed for the 2024-25 Dharmic Circle executive board election. A few small discrepancies have been harmonized, such as if a single candidate was nominated to more than one post. No withdrawals or modifications will be entertained as the ballot has been finalized.
The ballot is attached below. I encourage all of you to cast your votes for the various candidates. If you do not know some of the candidates, feel free to reach out to them via email to learn more about them. Make an informed decision based on who you think will do the best job leading the club this year. The ballot will close on Thursday, October 3rd at 5 pm. You must cast your vote by that time if you intend to do so. If you are receiving this email, that means you are eligible to vote. Please do not forward the ballot to others. It is exclusively for your use. There is also a proposed constitutional amendment on the ballot which you may vote on.
