EED: It's a Zoo Out There

This presentation can be eye opening and fun. Reflecting on our own animal (Lion, Beaver, Otter, Golder Retriever) personality traits and those of our co-workers. Each personality brings something different to the table and understanding how our personality fits into the work environment as well as our co-workers can be beneficial in communicating with each other, working on projects, and so on. This presentation works best when there is a larger group of individuals (at least 10 or so) attending so there is a variety among the personality traits to talk and work through together, but it can absolutely be facilitated with fewer attendees as well. If there is one or two animal personalities, we just take a deeper dive into those.
