Have you ever had to give a toast, ask a question during a meeting, or make small talk during a party?  If you have, then welcome to the world of public speaking.  To quote Ralph Waldo Emmerson, “All the great speakers were bad speakers at first.” In this hands on session we will go over the basics for speaking in public including dealing with nerves, dos and don’ts, ways to prepare, delivering and even reflecting afterwards.
