This session will outline the skills needed to guide and bring to life a thoughtful and engaging open discussion. Participants will gain an understanding of the key skills required for facilitating a discussion, including the importance of the intent of a discussion, the need for preparing for facilitating a discussion, and an awareness of the complexities of behaviors that can occur in a meeting.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • Become excited and passionate about using new facilitating discussion knowledge and skills.
  • Feel engaged and know the responsibilities of facilitating a discussion.
  • Improve understanding of the skills and tactics for facilitating a discussion.
  • Receive a list of resources for continued improvement of facilitating skills.
