Eisenhower Institute Executive Director Tracie Potts shares insights from her 30-year journalism career, leading students on a journey to unravel the tangled web of opinion, propaganda, advertising, and rumors often mistaken for news. This session will explore how to select objective sources, how to spot questionable information, and the intent and impact of misinformation and disinformation.
