Jazz Ensemble

This concert will celebrate Black History Month, as the ensemble performs works by great Black composers of the 20th century. Benny Carter's six-movement suite, Central City Sketches, will be a highlight of the evening, along with tunes by Mary Lou Williams and Charles Mingus.
