The Gettysburg Film Club facilitates an environment where people meet weekly to watch, chat about, and analyze movies. Cinema is a great medium that brings people together, with our club striving to create a community where people can relax and express their opinions on film. Meetings are held every Sunday at 8:00 p.m. and are a great destresser to prepare people for the workweek ahead.
Gettysburg Film Club is a passion project formed by two seniors, John Rosenberg, and Alex Rosado, in August 2023. Gettysburg Film Club. Rosenberg and Rosado hope to bring film watchers, both amateur and avid, to one screen, promote awareness of the art of filmmaking, and engage in campus-wide activities. It is the mission of the Film Club to leave a legacy for future film students to have these opportunities.
