The purpose of our club is to create an environment where students can feel comfortable sharing personal experiences. They can take a break from life stressors and focus on themselves, reflecting on what makes them happy. It is a safe space for students to realize that no one is alone and that life can be hard at times. We believe that it is usually best to share concerns with a trusted person, including counseling! Note that it is not required to share any personal information whatsoever! We are here mainly to educate the campus about mental health.
