E-Sports Key

After your reservation request is approved, you may pick up the room key from the Office of Student Activities and Greek Life on the second floor of the College Union Building (CUB). They key may be picked up on the day of or on Friday if your request is for the weekend. The key must be returned before noon on the next business day.

Room Rules

• Do not download anything suspicious from the internet.
• Do not violate the Network Use Policy.
• No rage quitting.
• Eating is not permitted.
• Do not take anything out of the room that is not your property.
• Be sure to sign out of all applications after every use.

Damage and/or theft

The person that reserves the room is liable for the condition, cleanliness, and property in the room. Any damage beyond normal wear will result in a charge to your student account.

Theft and intentional destruction of property will be referred to Campus Safety and the Gettysburg Police.
