The President is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Chapter in consultation with the Executive Cabinet. The President represents Phi Gamma Delta to the Gettysburg College Administration and associated organizations
The Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the finances of the Chapter. The Treasurer Chairs the Finance Committee and manage the financial activities of associated committees.
The Recording Secretary is the internal communcator of the Chapter overseeing adherence to Chapter Bylaws and the National Constitution. The Recording Secretary Chairs the Rules Committee responsible for internal Chapter operations.
The Corresponding Secretary is the external communicator of the Chapter. The Corresponding Secretary chairs the Public Relations Committee responsible for maintain the Chapter's image.
The Historian is responsible for safeguarding the rituals of Phi Gamma Delta. The Historian instructs each new class of Brothers in the history, ritual, and values of Phi Gamma Delta
