Need help knowing where to return your ballot, vote in person, or would you like a staff/faculty member to help you find the polling location? All the information can be found in resources below.

Polls are open 7am-8pm.

Free Shuttle

• Rabbit Transit will pick up hourly (on the hour) at the corner of Lincoln Ave and Carlisle Street, starting at 8am till 8pm.

• Drop off: N Stratton St and Foth Alley – Fire Department is about 400 feet away, short walk up N Stratton St.

• Pickup: Foth Alley & N Stratton St, on the hour, starting at 9am till 9pm.

• *Note, students will have to wait an hour to catch the next bus back to campus
• Students ride for free with their ID

Walking Escorts

• Faculty and Staff escorts will be available to walk students to and from the polls between 8am-8pm, leaving on the hour. For an escort to the poll, please come to the Weidensall Lobby. For an escort back to campus, look for the individual holding a Gettysburg College sign.

I Voted Stickers

Share your voting pictures with us, and we will send you (via mail on/off-campus) this exclusive "I VOTED Gettysburg College" Sticker!!! We want to see Gettysburgians (students, staff, and faculty) exercising their civic duty.

• What to Bring with You for In-Person Voting: Varies by State - but generally (especially first-time voters) should bring a government ID
• Returning your mail in ballot:
  • Essential Steps to Follow
  • Drop off inside Adams County Courthouse
  • Mail in:
    • Your ballot must be postmarked by Tuesday, November 3, 2020 and received no later than Friday, November 6, 2020 by 5:00 p.m.
    • Mail early: postal mail is taking longer than usual
