To foster discussion on and pay homage to those who served in the American Civil War with particular emphasis on the Federal unit known as the 26th Pennsylvania Emergency Militia Regiment (26th PEMR). This will be carried out through living history events, reenactments, club meetings/discussions, social media outreach, and club events.

On campus it is our goal to educate and mobilize our students for generations to come in order to fight against injustices globally. We hope to be a resource for international students to spread awareness about any injustices their home country may be facing in addition to domestic issues in the USA as well. Through our organization's efforts I am confident that Gettysburg College will progressively produce graduates who are knowledgeable, passionate and ready to be the change as well.
