Making a Budget Request

Create a Budget Request through EngageGettysburg.

Log into EngageGettysburg, and locate your club page. Under the "Budget" tab, fill out the "Create Budget Request" form. Please fill out the "Supplemental Questions" form as well.

Meet with the Budget Management Committee.

Present your budget request and the Budget Management Committee will approve or deny your request for funds.

Present your request to the Senate.

If your club has requested more than $800 per semester, the request will be sent to the senate floor to be voted upon.

Fill out some forms after your event.

If you have a receipt for reimbursement, fill out the "Receipt Submission" form through the Senate groups page. Please fill out the "Event Reflection" form as well.
