Making a Budget Request

Create a Budget Request through EngageGettysburg.

Log into engageGettysburg, and locate your club page. Under the "Budget" tab, fill out the "Create Budget Request" form. Please fill out the "Supplemental Questions" form as well. Even if you are requesting funds from a Base Budget, you still need to submit a request.

Meet with the Budget Management Committee.

Present your budget request and the Budget Management Committee will approve or deny your request for funds.

Funds can be accessed by checking out a purchasing card or requesting an online purchase be made on your club's behalf.  For more information, click HERE.

Present your request to the Senate.

If your club has requested more than $800 per semester, the request will be sent to the senate floor to be voted upon.

Fill out some forms after your event.

If you have a receipt for reimbursement, please submit to the OSAGL office in CUB210.
